Do you do film processing?

Unfortunately we no longer offer a film processing service.

Do you offer part exchange?

Yes, part exchange is available but only in store and depending on the items that you wish to exchange. For more information on this please contact the store direct.

What happens if my item is delivered faulty or damaged?

If the item arrives and is damaged or faulty please contact the store directly. Please see Terms and Condition for exclusions.

Do you do sensor cleaning on DSLR's?

Yes we offer a cleaning service it takes about 1 hour and costs £29.99. All that we ask is that your battery is fully charged.

Can you repair equipment?

We offer a repair service on 35mm cameras and lenses but all items must be brought into our Glasgow store for appraisal following which we will provide you with a no obligation estimate.  Unfortunatley,  we cannot carry out repairs to all equipment so we would advise that you contact us before travelling to the shop. We do not do digital camera repaires.

Can you order online and collect in store?

Due to a high number of fraudulent transactions we no longer offer this service, you can still reserve online then pay and collect instore.

Can you reserve online and collect in store?

Yes, you can reserve any item from our website, either online or by phone. Reserved item will be held for 2 working days (unless otherwise agreed by direct contact with us)

What is a refurbished item?

There are many reasons an item has been classed as refurbished. Either the item has been returned as faulty, damaged or over stocked by an other retailer. All items are checked, repaired and repackaged by the manufacturer and are covered by 6 months manufacturers guarantee.
