These are some of the questions that we get asked on a regular basis. If you have any further questions not answered here, please do not hesitate to get in touch by telephone or email and we will do our best to answer any questions you may have.

 
What happens if my item is delivered faulty or damaged?

If the item arrives and is damaged or faulty please contact the store directly. Please see Terms and Condition for exclusions.

Can you repair equipment?

We offer a repair service on 35mm cameras and lenses but all items must be brought into our Glasgow store for appraisal following which we will provide you with a no obligation estimate.  Unfortunatley,  we cannot carry out repairs to all equipment so we would advise that you contact us before travelling to the shop.

What is a refurbished item?

There are many reasons an item has been classed as refurbished. Either the item has been returned as faulty, damaged or over stocked by an other retailer. All items are checked, repaired and repackaged by the manufacturer and are covered by 6 months manufacturers guarantee. 

Can you reserve online and collect in store?

Yes, you can reserve any item from our website, either online or by phone. Reserved item will be held for 2 working days (unless otherwise agreed by direct contact with us)

Do you offer part exchange?

Yes, part exchange is available but only in store and depending on the items that you wish to exchange. For more information on this please contact the store direct.

Do you do sensor cleaning on DSLR's?

Yes we offer a cleaning service it takes about 1 hour and costs £29.99. Please phone to make and appointment for this service.  All that we ask is that your battery is fully charged.

Can you order online and collect in store?

Yes, you can order and pay for an item online and collect in our Glasgow store we will hold item indefinetly once payment is cleared.

Do you do film processing?

Yes we offer a 2 day service on 35mm colour, C41 process black and white 35mm, 120 roll film and 110 cartridge.  Call us for details.
